Why do I have to pay a setup fee?
The setup fee covers everything it takes to get your BailBoss system ready the right way. Our team handles your A2P registration, connects your Voice AI, Conversation AI, SmartForms, domain, and email, and sets up your Google, payment, and social media accounts.
We also build your starter website or funnel if needed and create branded text and email templates so your agency looks professional from day one. Every bail agency runs differently — and your system is customized to fit how you do business, not forced into a cookie-cutter setup.
Good news — your second month doesn’t start until 30 days after you go live.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most agencies are fully set up and live within 7–14 days. That time covers your A2P registration (for texting), custom branding, phone line connection, merchant setup, Google listing, social media links, and your starter website or funnel.
Once everything’s connected, we test it together to make sure it runs smooth. Some setups finish sooner depending on carrier approval — and your billing doesn’t start until 30 days after you go live, so you’re never paying while waiting.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts with BailBoss. You can cancel anytime right from your account — no phone calls or pushy sales talk.

If you have someone in-house taking calls, they can use BailBoss on a desktop or tablet as their phone system. All they’ll need is a simple headset — even basic Apple or Bluetooth earbuds work great.
Can BailBoss work with my current phone number?
Yes — we can have your number ported right into the BailBoss system so everything runs from one place. You won’t lose a single call, text, or client.
But we get it — you might not trust us just yet. You can forward your current calls to the dedicated number we assign to your account until you feel it’s the right time to port over. Just note that texts will come from your BailBoss numberduring that time — calls and messages will still reach you without missing a beat.
We do encourage you to fully port your number when you’re ready — especially if you’re paying for another phone service. Moving everything into BailBoss helps you save money and keep your whole system under one roof.
Can my team or staff use BailBoss too?
Yes — you can add staff users to help with calls, payments, check-ins, and forms. Each person gets their own login and permissions, so you stay in control of what they can see and do.
Your team can even message the same client at the same time and see updates instantly, keeping everyone on the same page.

BailBoss.ai only charges for what’s actually used — like calls, texts, and advanced AI features.
Everyday automations such as reminders, check-ins, and follow-ups are built in and don’t cost extra. Only premium automations — things that connect BailBoss.ai to outside systems, like tracking your cash collateral in Google Sheets or copying a contact from one of your agent’s sub-accounts into your main account — may have a small usage cost.
This way, you only pay for what your agency truly uses, keeping everything fair, simple, and easy to understand.
